Meet the Designers

Callanwolde, a magnificent Gothic-Tudor style mansion, is set on 12.5 acres in Atlanta’s Druid Hills neighborhood.

The mansion was built in 1920 as the home of Charles Howard Candler, the eldest son of The Coca-Cola Company founder Asa Candler. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Callanwolde is a unique arts center and architectural landmark that enriches the lives of thousands of metropolitan Atlantans year-round.

Browse and enjoy the splendor of the historic 27,000 square-foot mansion, festively decorated by some of Atlanta’s top interior and floral designers including professional members of the Georgia Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). ASID is the world’s largest organization of professional designers.

Period furniture, designer treasures, fine art pieces and dazzling Christmas trees reflect a historic Christmas in Atlanta reminiscent of the glorious time, the 1920s to the 1950s, when the Candler family lived in the mansion.
